Services
- Mistdefied specializes in the installation of replace,ment double glazing and fitting cat flaps into double-glazed windows and doors.
- All installations are subject to an initial consultation, measurements, and a final quote.
Pricing and Payments
- Prices for installations are provided following a free consultation and quotation.
- A deposit of 50% of total contract price will be required before custom glass panels are ordered.
- Full payment is due upon completion of the installation unless otherwise agreed.
Cancellations and Refunds
- Orders for custom glass panels cannot be cancelled once manufacturing has commenced.
- If we cannot complete the installation due to unforeseen circumstances, you will not be charged (“No Pay Guarantee”).
Warranty
- Our installations come with a 3 year workmanship guarantee.
- The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or accidental breakage.
Limitations of Liability
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.
- While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that the website content is error-free or up to date.
User Conduct
- You agree not to misuse our website, including but not limited to introducing viruses, hacking, or breaching security.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your use of the website if these terms are violated.
